All international orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours for all orders regardless of shipping method selected. During this time period, orders may subject to different processing methods to ensure the security and accuracy of transaction placed. If your order is held for any reason, you will be contacted via email.
Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and all major holidays! Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days. If your order is placed over the weekend or a holiday and is flagged for further review, you will be contacted on the next business day
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! All buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country, IgetBar is not responsible for any items or packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority. Please contact your local government health agency for more information on prohibited items.
International buyers should contact their local custom authorities for any information on duty and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurs any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund of the returned items. IgetBar Is not responsible for packages delayed due to customs issues.
International Shipping Rate:
All Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Standard International may take between 10-45 business days for delivery but will vary by destination.*
Priority International may take between 7-14 business days for delivery but will vary by destination.*

International Mail/Freight Forwarding Services:
All orders are put through a process of picking and packing, to ensure that all items have been properly assembled to arrive in pristine condition. IgetBar’s commitment is that the order will be sent with all items in the manufacturers original packing. However, for customers choosing to ship their order to and with a mail or freight forwarding service, this guarantee is voided once the package arrives undamaged at the forwarding service. These services typically repackage our products, therefore we can not be held responsible for, but not limited to: Damages, Missing Items, Issues That Occur After Initial Delivery. This will as well apply to the order once it has arrived at the final destination.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of IgetBar, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. IgetBar strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. IgetBar is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the package’s delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer reshipments or replacements internationally.
Canceling and Altering Orders:
Due to the volume of orders IgetBar receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter or change any order.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
