You can check by scanning the QR Code on any official IGET Bar product or you can visit here. Scratch off the grey area to reveal a code which you can enter the code on their Verification Page.

What kind of people are not recommended to try Vape?

The IGET Bar product is for existing adult smokers and vapers only. It contains nicotine that is an addictive chemical and isn’t recommended for people who are allergic to alcohols, cardiac patients, hypertensive patients, patients with respiratory diseases, pregnant women and lactating women.

What is a disposable vape?

The disposable e cig is a non-reusable, all-in-one vape device. It comes ready to vape and is thrown away once it runs out of charge or e-liquid. You don’t need to be refilled, either by refilling the e-liquid in the clearomizer, or by changing the tank. When a disposable e cig’s lacked liquid you can throw it out as well as begin a brand-new one.

How old do I need to be to purchase a vape?

In most states,  since 1st August 2017 new rules were introduced that personal vapourizers cannot be sold to persons under the age of 18.

I sent you an email, why haven't you responded to me straight away?

We receive many emails a day. Please be patient and allow up to one business day for a response. Emails are answered in the order they are received, Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm. If you email then email again before we have responded, your initial email moves to the back of our queue so bear this in mind.

How to make a refund

We promise a full refund if you do not like products, the package is not opened or the product is not used after receiving the parcel 7 business day, or if the package is not received from us for more than 15 business days.

Shipping & Return

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business day of being placed. Most orders placed by 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been shipped and labelled you will receive an email with the details of your purchase.

Has my order shipped?

If you pay via PayID we will ship your order the next business day. If you paid via Direct Deposit it can take up to 48 hours to process payment and then we will ship it out. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that can be tracked through the Australia Post website.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within Australia.

I received the incorrect order or my product is faulty, how do I return it?

Please send us an email as soon as you receive your order and we send you out a Reply Paid label to post it back to us and we will send a replacement. Please ensure products remain sealed.

How to cancel my order

Before the package is shipped, you can contact customer service to help you arrange the cancellation of the order. Once the package is shipped, the order can’t be canceled.

What should I do if my package is damaged during shipment?

In addition to the outer packaging, our products are additionally equipped with an internal protective film. If the package is damaged, open it to see if the product is damaged. If it is not damaged, you can still use it. If the product is damaged, please contact our customer service by sending an email to [email protected] within 48 hours after receiving the product, and our customer service will reply to your email within 24hrs.
